My review:
This book is a very well-written mystery that kept my attention and most of all kept me guessing throughout the story. I absolutely loved this novel! It encompassed my favourite things: wine, chocolate, and mystery. The intertwined erroneous relationships of the family and its business will keep you guessing who the murderer is until the very end. It was riddled with suspects.
Sadie was a fantastic character! She was trying to help solve this mystery in order to help her friend Matteo, who she did not believe could ever commit such a crime. Considering the dysfunctional dynamics of Matteo’s family & business, everyone was suspect.
Love the writing style of the author. I would highly recommend her work!
My rating: 5/5
